My cat had decayed teeth removed there recently. My experience was fine, and so far my cat is recovering nicely with no after effects. Most of the older reviews are about their previous vet (who is no longer there), and mostly about her bedside manor. While their current vet (Knight) is a bit terse, she is professional, and was courteous and careful with our situation. I would go back for future events.

The assistants were great, the vet was cold, cruel, and attempted to squeeze my very ill dog between surgerys. After not accepting food for 6 days and in very bad shape she was put in a cage and after a blood the vet coldly spoke to me on the phone basically not explaining anything except my dog had extremely elevated calcium levels and giving no idea what and how to help her she just said she would send her meds home and when I picked her up she was so much worse and and given pills by an assistant not the vet who was unable to tell me how I was supposed to get these pills down a dog who has refused any food for 6 days. They didn't know the vet didn't even have the compassion or care to come and answer me. After getting home crying the whole way home for my dog I research and found out that they should have given fluids through an IV at the vet and get her immediate care. The next day I took her to another vet who administered an IV fluids and a shot with steroids and medicine for her nausea and by noon my dog ate some bone broth and here 3 days later she is eating and on the mend so we can take the next step to get her back. She will never be as before and I believe it's due to the IV and medication in the shot this vet failed to give her. She almost died and lost valuable time in the most critical situation.
