Our bunnies see Dr. Crystal who fully understands lagomorphs. She speaks fluent rabbit and always puts them at ease, which is complicated by their troubled pasts. Every time we visit the office, something new is learned even after a decade of regular visits. The Alameda team has been wonderful for our bun-fam!

We love Alameda Pet Hospital. The staff is always very kind and patient both with our easy and not so easy pets. They're also usually able to get us in pretty quickly when we need it.

I’ve been to several other vets in town for various services, but none compare to the price range, costumer service, and attention to detail for the services I reviewed here.

Hard to get an appointment that's less than a month away but I love the care she shows my rabbits. She is very knowledgeable about exotic species and her prices are reasonable. Her staff are all very friendly and easy to converse with no matter how busy they are, and they're busy. However I never feel rushed.

Where to start? I called for help for our older dog who's been having problems walking. They got me in just two days later. When we got there it was like we were their favorite patients. They treated our dog like he was their only priority. And the way he responded to them was both reassuring and surprising. He doesn't usually like strangers, and is very vocal about it. He didn't bark once during the intake and exam, and his tail never stopped wagging. Dr. Shropshire and her wonderful team will be the only people who will be treating the furrier members of our family from now on. Also, our old guy is closer to his former self again, thanks to his new care team!
